Sunny with Strong Winds
Seoul was one of the top 10 hottest places to visit in 2013 according to this article in the NYtimes. Art Galleries, cool buildings and hot and happening restaurants. I went to 2 of the "hot" restaurants in Seoul.
One was Vatos Urban Tacos which was started by 2 expats using kickstarter funds. Very cool. Korean style Mexican food. Delish! And we got a reserved table because Eunice's son knows the founders!

We also had a special dinner at a Korean Molecular Gastronomy Restaurant called Echorok. The chef is incredibly talented and is now a friend of Eunice's as she goes there all the time. The food was unique and very very good. We had a multi-course meal where each dish was presented like modern art. Very special meal and I would definitely go back there again.
