Sunny mid 70s perfect SoCal Weather
I've decided to add a new category to my blog called " I Love Wine" because I do, I really love wine. And my Doctor specializing in anti-aging told me that red wine in moderation is good for you. So every weekend for the past 3 weeks, I've been trying some red wines from wineries across California. I'll be reporting on my "taste tests" via this blog.
Last week, I enjoyed a bottle of Justification from Justin Vineyards. I've had the wine before and LUV it! Justin Vineyards is located in Paso Robles (Central Coast of California). It was founded in 1981 by an investment banker and his wife. They started by planting bordeaux grapes and specializing in blends. Justification is one of their wildly successful wines and became iconic in a very short time. It is a mildly robust wine and a beauty. It's aged in New French Oak and costs about 45$ a bottle but if lucky, can get it for about 30$ on sale. It is worth every penny. I've had it a few times and find it very satisfying each time. Highly recommend this wine for all seasons and goes well with with most foods except for delicate fish dishes.
