‘Til June

Boulder, Colorado

SUN!

So now that I am leaving, the sun decides to come out and
temperatures are rising to the mid-60s.   Snow is fast melting and joggers are out in shorts and
T-shirts.   Since we all had a
late night, we thought we’d sleep in but everyone was up by 830am.  So we decide to go to brunch at
Brasserie 10-10 in downtown Boulder before I leave.

It was a very authentic French Brasserie but unique in that
it served hot dogs!  So that is
what Kim and Billy had.  And since
it is Kim’s birthday today, that was her special birthday meal!  I had the special chicken which was
so-so and Bill had the special eggs which were also so-so.  The reviews though raved about the
fried zucchini, beignets and hot dogs and we agreed the reviews were correct.

After stuffing ourselves again, we headed back to my sister’s
house where Jackson gave me a demonstration on how Wii Sports Boxing works and
also Super Mario Galaxy.  Now, I
have to admit, I can see how Wii is addicting.  It is so much fun!!

Then before long, it was time for me to leave.  So sad to leave after a fabulous
weekend but I’ll be back in Boulder for vacation in June.  Can’t wait!  The kids will be out of school and I’ll spend a good 9 days
with them.  I’ve had a lot of
fabulous experiences but I have to say, spending time with my nephews is the
happiest and most fabulous experience of all.
