Beautiful Sunny Weather
Still don't have my entire blogging mojo totally back but getting there. Lost most of my followers, but hey that's what happens when you stop blogging.
I'm in beautiful Cabo San Lucas at my BFF Sandra's house with her sister Wendy and Wendy's husband Peter. Main objectives of the visit is to get some rest, and go see the whales at Magdellena Bay. The whale watching will happen on Saturday so stay tuned. Yesterday was my first full day and we got up early to go fishing for our dinner. Given it was not peak fishing season, it seemed we had the ocean all to our self.
Took off at 615 am in a cool but sunny morning, got on the boat and was off to sea with our guide Gonzalo on his boat Jacqueline. Highly recommend him. He gave us a choice of hunting for big fish – aka tuna, or floor fish, aka snapper. We went for the snapper. Given I hurt may back in Australia and wanted to be 100% for the whale watching trip, I passed on fishing but enjoyed watching Peter snag about 6 fish and Sandra 2. We were out at sea for about 5 hours and it was so relaxing, gorgeous and fun. And we ran into some magnificent creatures while fishing.
Since it was off season, the harbor was pretty quiet.
Beautiful sunrise as we were leaving the harbor

And ran into a few of these guys!
I highly recommend Gonzalo and his fishing company. They are so professional, friendly and accommodating. And its a must do when in Cabo!
